I think I just finished the first draft of my novel. It's a bit of a mess, but that's what editing is for. :)
Next steps:
-Wait a few weeks--read as quickly as possible and look for continuity erros.
-Read again and edit for cuts and additions.
-Move on to 2nd draft.
Calm on the outside, fiery on the inside. As my mother always told me, "Dynamite comes in small packages."
